Wooden runes Elder Futhark

Each of these wooden Elder Futhark runes is laser engraved onto solid oak with one of the 24 symbols from the Elder futhark alphabet.

Each rune is then shaped and painted by hand with gold paint then finished in raw linseed oil to seal.

Rune size are approximately 30x20mm. Being handmade shapes and sizes will vary slightly. No two runes will be the same.

The 25th rune is blank and symbolizes the unknown (we include this). Each rune set comes with its own handmade cotton drawstring runebag. These are available in purple and green.

Oak is symbolic of strength, wisdom and resistance. It also has associations with marriage and fertility.

Runes are a tool of divination used to channel into higher energies.
